Custom Packaged Systems:

ASME Vessel and API Base Plate Fabrication Capabilities

8000 Gallon 8′-0″ id x 20′-0″S/S ASME-code stamped, horizontally mounted pressure vessel for NH602 chemical injection package.

API-676 groutable skid base, 4′-6″x 11′-6″ 9600 lbs for Leistritz L3MC, 3-screw, Coker Feed pump with Reliance 200 hp, IEEE841 motor.

Offshore Methanol Injection System

Consisting of two Milton Roy MilRoyal-C, plunger pumps delivering 25.0 gph @ 7500 psig with associated Autoclave Medium Pressure tubing, fittings and valves. Instrumentation includes high pressure flow meter & Totalizer, pressure & level transmitters and pulsation dampener. Mounted on 8’x 16′ drip rim type skid with 4000 gallon, CS, internally coated storage tank.

Williams Pneumatically Driven Injection Pump Packages

Operating from 0.07 to 90.0 gph and 0 to 9100 psig w/316SS and Alloy-20 socket-weld piping.

NH602 Chemical Transfer & Injection System

Consisting of two Milton Roy Mroy and two MilRoyal-pumps, 8000 gallon ASME Code stamped storage vessel and associated 3000# socket-weld, carbon-steel piping, valves and instruments. Mounted on 12’W x 40’L drip rim type skid base with dry weight of 40,590 lbs.

Phosphate Injection System

Consisting of eight Milton Roy Mroy-B pumps with associated 3000# socket-weld, stainless steel piping, valves and instruments. Mounted on 4′-8″x 16′-8″Drain pan type skid base.

Three Corrosion Inhibitor Injection Systems

Consisting of two or three Milton Roy MRoy-A Duplex pumps, 3000 gallon double-wall FRP storage tank, Rosemount Pressure & DP transmitters, leak detection sensors and associated 316L-SS tubing, valves and instruments. Package includes control system with remote capabilities for offshore, unmanned wellhead production platform and room for expansion of additional pumps and instruments.

Boiler Water Treatment Injection System

Boiler Water Treatment Injection System consisting three services, utilizing eight Milton Roy Mroy pumps, three 550 gallon 304SS IBC totes and associated 3000# socket-weld, stainless steel piping, valves and instruments. Mounted on drip rim type skid base.

NOX Reduction-Ammonia Injection System

consisting of three Milton Roy MilRoyal-B pumps with associated 3000# socket-weld, carbon-steel piping, valves and instruments. Mounted on open frame, hot-dipped galvanized skid base.
